Class Descriptions:
Wake Up! Cycle: An energizing class promised to get you moving and grooving! Start your day off right with a killer workout. You will do a little of everything here - hills, intervals, speed work and whatever else the instructor needs to do to wake you UP.
Cycle 75: A 75 minute cycle class that is sure to give you an amazing workout. Be on the lookout for challenging sets of hills and intervals, with flushes and steady zone work as well. Truly a tough class!
Lunchtime Express: Don't have a full hour to work out? Want to squeeze in a class in the middle of your day? Lunchtime Express is for you! A fun and intense class that will get your heart rate up and make you happy it's not a full hour! What better way to spend your lunchtime?
Power Ride: Get ready to PUSH. This class will work all your heart rate zones and focus on power hills and intervals. Be sure to bring all your strength to this class because you're going to need it. Hard day at work? Get out all that stress during this class and leave it on the bike! There's no better way to end your day than with a Power Ride.
Candlelight Ride: Want a class that has a more chilled out vibe? Prefer to unwind rather than get your adrenaline pumping? Still want a good workout? You can have all these things during our Candlelight Ride. Music that's of a more mellow persuasion, candles burning, and a slower (yet still intense) ride will calm you right down after a hard day. Take a deep breath and feel the energy, man.
Cycle to the Core: A heart-pumping cycle class PLUS abs! What more can anyone want? 50 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes on the mat. Get MORE out of your cycle class with Cycle to the Core!
Happy Hour Cycle: It's Friday! Time to party! What better way than during our Happy Hour Cycle class? The music will pump you up, the class will kick your butt and you'll be all ready to start the weekend right when you're done! This class has everything you could want - hills, intervals, speed work, heart rate training, cadence... Truly a happy hour.
Hang Over Ride: Too much fun last night? Need to sweat out your bad decisions? This is the class for you. You may start the class feeling less than perfect, but you will end it rarin' to go! And even if you got to bed early the night before, come start your weekend off on the right foot with this class! An intense ride, but well worth the work.
ReCycle: A challenging class with music of another era! Get ready to jam out to all your classic rock favorites while burning those calories. This ride will focus mainly on hills and intervals and some steady state work. Get ready to ROCK.
Endurance Ride: 90 minutes of cycle! What could be better? The whole week leads up to this ride. Go the distance in this class and cover some serious terrain. This is your long workout of the week, and one you shouldn't miss! Be prepared to sweat.
